1 night deposit required at the time of booking, remaining non refundable balance will be charged 3 days prior to arrival.
Same credit card needs to be presented at check in. Hotel will authorize $100 for incidental charges, which will re returned to the card upon check out. ( please note that it will take few days for your bank to show the release of the authorization on your account).
