DEPOSIT POLICY:

The Hotel requires one night deposit at the time of booking, payable by credit card. The same credit card is required upon check in and for a $100 deposit for incidentals (which is automatically released upon check out) as well as for remaining non refundable balance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Reservations may be cancelled with no penalty to the individual up to 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations between 21 days and 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a one night’s cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, as well as no shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated.
