DEPOSIT POLICY:
  • One night & tax will be charged upon booking the reservation.
  • Non-refundable remaining balance will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival.
  • An authorization in the amount of $100.00 is required at check-in only on major credit cards for incidental charges. (No debit cards will be accepted). 
  • Spaces are subjected to availability. Special rate available until 11/17/23.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • If canceling 14 days prior to arrival, no penalty will be charged.
  • Cancellations between 14-7 days prior to arrival will be charged a one night penalty fee.
  • Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, as well as no shows, will be charged the entire amount & be non-refundable.
