DEPOSIT POLICY: |
The Hotel requires a deposit in the amount of one night’s room and tax when individuals make the reservation, payable by credit card. In the case of attrition or cancellation of group rooms, as per this category below, this card may be used to charge appropriate fees if necessary. |

CANCELLATION POLICY: |
Individual reservations made directly by a guest may be cancelled with no penalty to the individual up to 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations between 21 days and 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a one night’s cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, as well as no shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated. |
