DEPOSIT POLICY:
  • The hotel requires to charge one night’s room and tax when individuals make the reservation, payable by credit card. 
  • Prepayment of all estimated charges is required 7 days prior to arrival.
  • An authorization in the amount of $100.00 is required at check-in only on major credit cards for incidental charges. (No debit cards will be accepted).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • Individual reservations made directly by a guest may be canceled with no penalty to the individual up to 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations between 14 to 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a one night’s cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax.
