| DEPOSIT POLICY: |
- The hotel requires to charge one night’s room and tax when individuals make the reservation, payable by credit card.
- Prepayment of all estimated charges is required 7 days prior to arrival.
- An authorization in the amount of $100.00 is required at check-in only on major credit cards for incidental charges. (No debit cards will be accepted).

| CANCELLATION POLICY: |
- Individual reservations made directly by a guest may be canceled with no penalty to the individual up to 14 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations between 14 to 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a one night’s cancellation fee.
- Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax.
