Rate sgl / dbl occupancy $159 : MIN. 2 NIGHTS STAY REQUIRED + $20 extra person charge for 3rd and 4th person.
Additional Charges:

Room rates quoted do not include taxes, currently at 14%, and resort fee of $20.00 + tax ($22.80) per room per night. The Resort fee covers such miscellaneous items as: wireless high-speed internet, an in-room safe, cocktail hour from 5pm-6pm @ the Chesterfield Hotel (signature drink only), and beach towels.

DEPOSIT POLICY: Hotel requires a major credit card at check-in for the incidental hold of $100 per day, per room, with a max of $500 per stay.
We no longer accept AMERICAN EXPRESS for payment.
Due to liability and safety concerns, the hotel will not hold guests' luggage. Thank you for understanding All Policies are subject to change.
 Non-refundable full prepayment  is due 7 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: NON-Refundable 1 night deposit will be charged on December 18,2023. remaining balance to be paid directly at the hotel with the SAME credit card at check in.
Cancellations less than 72 days prior to arrival and / or early departure will be charged FULL STAY. NO show charge : FULL STAY WILL BE CHARGED (NON REFUNDABLE).
To avoid cancellations, please advise if the guest requires a late check in.    
LUGGAGE: Due to liability and safety concerns, the hotel will not hold guests' luggage. Thank you for understanding hold guests' luggage.
