DEPOSIT POLICY: | * Payment for the first night room + tax deposit is due upon reservation submission. * Remaining balance is due upon arrival. * A deposit in the amount of $100.00 per room per day is required at check in for incidental charges, up to a $500 max per stay. CANCELLATION POLICY: | * If cancelling 30-15 days prior to arrival there will be no fees associated. * If cancelling 14-08 days prior to arrival will be charged one night room rate + tax cancellation fee. Deposit forfeiture. * If cancelling 07-00 days or in case of no show, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated. Early departures are considered cancellations within terms. |
