Rate:	3 nights minimum stay required group rates are available 3 days pre and post based on availability. Rates are for sgl/ dbl occupancy, $25 extra person fee for 3rd and 4th person.
Additional Charges:	Room rates quoted do not include 14% taxes and our daily resort fee of $28.50 per room per night (inclusive of tax). This fee covers local and toll free phone calls up to 15 minutes in duration wireless internet access via your laptop computer, pool and beach towels, daily happy hour (@ properties that have a bar)

DEPOSIT POLICY:

The Hotel requires one night deposit at the time of booking, payable by credit card. The same credit card is required upon check in and for an incidental deposit of $100 per day per room with the max of $500 per stay. Non-refundable full prepayment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:	Cancellations between 21 days and 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a one night's cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, as well as no shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated.
LUGGAGE:	Due to liability and safety concerns, the hotel will not hold guests' luggage.
