Additional Charges:	Room rates quoted do not include taxes, currently at 14%, and resort fee of $20.00 + tax ($22.80) per room per night. The resort fee covers such miscellaneous items as: wireless high speed internet, in-room safe, use of pool and beach towels, complimentary cocktail hour 5-6 PM (signature cocktail only) at our on-site restaurant Maxine’s Bistro and Bar.

DEPOSIT POLICY:

The hotel requires first night plus tax deposit at the time of booking, payable by credit card. The same credit card needs to be presented at check-in for the remaining balance and the $100 incidentals hold per room per stay. We do not accept Amex, prepaid cards, Chime, or gift cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY:	Cancellations between 7 days and 3 days prior to arrival will be charged a one night's cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival, as well as no shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated.
LUGGAGE:	Due to liability and safety concerns, the hotel will not hold guests' luggage.
