Additional Charges:	Room rates quoted do not include taxes, currently at 14%, and resort fee of $20.00 + tax ($22.80) per room per night. The resort fee covers such miscellaneous items as: wireless high speed internet, local calls up to 15 minutes, in-room safe, use of pool and beach towels, complimentary cocktail hour 5-6 PM (signature cocktail only) at our on-site restaurant The Tavern.

DEPOSIT POLICY:

The hotel requires one night deposit at the time of booking, payable by credit card. The same credit card needs to be presented at check-in for the remaining balance. A credit card is required upon check-in and for the incidental hold of $100 per stay. We do not accept Amex, prepaid cards, Chime, or gift cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY:	Cancellations between 14 days and 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a one night's cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, as well as no shows, will be charged 100% of the total stay amount including taxes.
LUGGAGE:	Due to liability and safety concerns, the hotel will not hold guests' luggage.

We offer housekeeping service every 3rd day of your stay. In addition, we will remove trash and replace towels daily. Anytime during your stay, you may stop by the front desk to request additional items such as towels or amenities.
