* One night & tax will be charged upon booking the reservation.
* Remaining balance is due upon arrival.
* A deposit in the amount of $100.00 per room per day is required at check in for incidental charges, up to a $500 max per stay. Sorry, we do not accept cash/check/debit/prepaid cards for this fee. This deposit is released on departure date.
* Spaces are subjected to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations may be cancelled with no penalty to the individual up to 08 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations between 07-04 days prior to arrival date will be charged a one night’s cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 03-0 days prior to arrival, as well as no shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated.
Early Departures are considered cancellations within terms.
